Rustic Italian Cooking: Seafood on the Grill

Please read:  Grilled salmon fillets topped with a green sauce made of parsley, capers, and anchovies. Marinated grilled shrimp and scallops topped in a lemon garlic sauce. Accompanying will be grilled various vegetables. We'll finish the evening with fresh-mixed fruit marinated in brandy and honey topped with mascarpone-cream mousse.
