Arancine, Sicilian arborio rice balls filled w/peas, & mozzarella cheese then
rolled in breadcrumbs and fried till golden.
Cozze gratinate half shell mussels topped w/a mixture of breadcrumbs,
parmigiano cheese, & herbs, then baked.
Asparagus/w egg steamed asparagus topped with crumbled boiled egg,
parmigiano cheese, butter, herbs, & homemade croutons.
Meatless eggplant balls. Roasted eggplant mixed with breadcrumbs,
grated cheeses, fresh herbs, coated in more bread crumbs and fried till
golden crisp. Mixed green salad.
