made of lemon, garlic, olive oil, chillies & fresh rosemary.
Julienned zucchini, quickly fried and topped w/parmigiano and fresh
thyme.
Yukon potato salad tossed w/green beans, basil, and dressed in a white
wine vinaigrette.
Macedonia, a mix of berries and dried fruit marinated in lemon juice and
honey, topped with mascarpone cream mousse.
