Roasted duck rubbed with salt, pepper, mixed herbs, and served with a lemon sauce. Shredded red cabbage cooked in port wine, bay leaves, & rosemary. Roasted garlic and herbed potatoes. Pears poached in sparkling wine and spices, topped with apricot and brandy sauce, & toasted
pistachios.
