Come learn how to create a variety of Italian appetizers, just in time for perfect winter weather. A sautéed spinach, egg, & diced ham tart baked with homemade crust. Puff pasty, topped with goat cheese, sliced tomatoes that have been slow roasted, basil, olive oil,
and chopped chives. A large crostini topped with toasted bell peppers, anchovies, and toasted pine nuts, then baked topped
with sliced Fontina cheese. A puff pastry filled with egg custard, sautéed leeks, & cheeses, then baked till golden.
Eggplant caponata, this is cubed eggplant first baked then sautéed w/chopped tomatoes, celery, currants, olives, pine nuts, olives, capers, and fresh basil.
Seasonal salad will accompany.
