Notice

Please read:  You must have basic computer skills, an email account, internet access, manual dexterity in both hands and normal color vision. You must bring scrubs and closed-toe shoes. The required book, Phlebotomy Simplified 3rd Ed. ISBN 9780134718347, is available at the WCC bookstore. You should not take this class if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult your doctor before registering if you have anemia, a latex allergy or have had a mastectomy. Because participants will practice on each other, there is a risk of accidental exposure. You must pay for your own medical care in the event of accidental exposure or any other adverse reaction. Health insurance can be purchased from Student Assurance Services or at www.healthcare.gov.
