The breath cycle is something that you repeat on average 20000 times per day. Breathing can be shallow or deep, rapid or slow, effortless or constrained. Improving the way that you breathe can have a massive effect on your overall health and well-being. This class series will explore various ways to improve the quality of your breathing. Movement patterns from the Feldenkrais Method for the basis of this class series. You will leave the class with multiple approaches to shifting your breathing pattern.
