Enjoy a fantastic evening of Italian cooking, company and conversation. This evening we will prepare chicken breast, dusted with seasoned flour, then panseared with rosemary and garlic. Sautéed red onions with fresh tomato strips and basil will accompany our chicken. We'll also enjoy large potato slices sautéed with garlic, rosemary, and chillies. Coppette della nonna, a mascarpone mousse with a fresh fruit topping will end our evening on a sweet note.
