New Recipies!
Enjoy a fantastic evening of Italian cooking, company and conversation! Our first dish will be Amalfi, homemade semolina in a sauce of mussels, calamari rings, white wine, grape tomatoes and fresh herbs. We'll also prepare Sardinian, homemade semolina gnocci in a sausage and saffron sauce, garnished with sheep milk cheese, enjoyed with a seasonal salad. For dessert, we will enjoy fresh mixed berries, marinated in honey and brandy.
