
New Recipes!
Imagine wonderful risotto dishes gracing your table. Our first dish will be Farrotta Toscano; farro risotto with chicken broth, white wine and toasted hazelnuts, and a Pecorino toscano garnish. Next, we'll make Risotto Alla Carbonara; arborio rice sautéed with pancetta and onions in chicken broth with scrambled eggs and Parmigiano garnish. Risotto al Pesce Spada; arborio rice in a vegetable-white wine both with diced swordfish, will be our last dish.
