Imagine the gratitude of your guests when you serve an authentic Italian Thanksgiving dinner! We will first prepare fillet turkey with an Italian sausage, bread crumb, Parmigiano, Romano and fresh sage filling. We will bake our turkey, then serve it in a white wine and chicken broth sauce. We will next enjoy mashed potatoes and mushrooms and Tuscan-style sauteed kale with diced pancetta and chillies. We'll end our evening with a homemade apple tart with an orange glaze and vanilla ice cream.
