Make the perfect Italian meal for Christmas dinner! We will begin with roasted, herbed leg of lamb in a white wine sauce with a lamb reduction. We will then prepare pasta au gratin, egg fettuccine with prosciutto and mozzarella, a thin layer of béchamel sauce, bread crumbs and Parmigiano. A seasonal vegetable will compliment our meal. Zuppa Inglese, an Italian truffle cake will end our evening on a sweet note.
