Create delicious tasting pizzas in this Italian cooking class! Our first pizza will be Pizza Montanara; pizza dough, fried with pizziola sauce, mozzarella, and fresh basil. We will follow this with a Calzone; pizza dough filled with cured meats, ricotta, and Parmigiano. We will also create a pizza topped with julienned zucchini, ricotta and Parmigiano. A salad or vegetable will follow.
