Is tai chi chuan an exercise for health and relaxation, or a martial art? The answer is both. In this beginning Yang-style class, you'll learn techniques to promote relaxation of the mind and body, centering, better balance, concentration and improved health. Tai chi chuan may also facilitate academic, intellectual and conceptual learning.
