Find out how to create beautiful, mouthwatering sourdough bread at home, using tools and equipment that are standard in every kitchen. We will briefly discuss bread science, techniques, ingredients and equipment. Next, we'll begin the bread-making process: kneading, fermenting, shaping, proofing, scoring, baking our bread and determining its readiness through look, taste, feel and smell. Afterwards, we will evaluate our results and share troubleshooting ideas.
