Cheesemaking Intensive Workshop

Through hands-on experience, learn to make simple cheeses in your home. Working with both cow’s and goat’s milk, you will learn about cultures, equipment and ingredients while making yogurt, feta, ricotta, Brie, buttermilk, sour cream, chèvre, mozzarella and cultured butter. You'll also receive an introduction to making hard cheeses. The end of this two-day workshop will culminate in a community feast where we will share food, sample the cheeses and enjoy the friends we’ve made working together.
