Learn the basics of sourdough alchemy, and add something hand-made to your holidays. You will learn how to make Limpa, a spiced and sweetened rye bread, popular in Scandinavia. Limpa is fragrant with anise, cardamom and fennel seeds, orange peel and a bit of molasses. It's sure to please all those gathering around your table for festive gatherings! We will go over weighing, shaping and decorating to make the perfect holiday bread. You’ll go home with bread to eat and the skills to bake your own.
