
You’ll enjoy chicken legs and thighs, sautéed with herbs simmered with mixed vegetables served topped with a sauce of pureed vegetables, chicken broth, white wine and lemon juice. On the menu is also potato puree w/sautéed mushrooms, asparagus and carrot salad in a white wine vinaigrette. We’ll top the evening off with mixed berries marinated in lemon juice, honey, and brandy, layered in parfait cups soft sponge cake and mascarpone cream.
