ClassGraphic Thick slices of strip steak, dusted in flour, then sautéed and topped with a sauce of lemon, lemon zest and butter. This will be served with thin slices of potatoes, dipped in a thin flour batter with rosemary, then baked till crispy. Topping off the menu is a flourless chocolate torte with hazelnuts, espresso coffee and a raspberry topping.
