This is the third of a three class series* that trains students in Microsoft Excel through the application of concepts and data drawn from Mobility Analysis and the study of traffic. All classes must be taken in order to prepare individuals for the Microsoft Expert Excel 2016 exam 728 and the Microsoft MO-201 exam. The features of Excel are illustrated by using data sets and traffic counts obtained from sources such as municipal and state departments of transportation, traffic safety and planning departments and traffic management centers. Creating advanced formulas and macros, performing data analysis including the creation of forecasts, making advanced charts, and the creation and modification of PivotTables and PivotCharts are among the topics covered. The skills gained in this class will be valuable for support staff and technicians involved in traffic system management and will be transferrable to almost any position that requires Excel.
