Lamb kabobs; cubed lamb marinated in a blend of mixed herbs, red wine, lemon juice and garlic. Grilled and topped with a lemon garlic
sauce. Pork tenderloin medallions, marinated in wine, & herbs. Grilled and topped with a Dijon mustard vinaigrette. Chicken breast marinated in lemon juice, garlic, white wine, & fresh herbs. Grilled and topped with a Dijon mustard, walnut, & wine, vinaigrette. Mixed gilled seasonal vegetables will be served with the meats.
