sauce. Pork tenderloin medallions, marinated in wine, & herbs. Grilled and topped with a Dijon mustard vinaigrette. Chicken breast marinated in lemon juice, garlic, white wine, & fresh herbs. Grilled and topped with a Dijon mustard, walnut, & wine, vinaigrette. Mixed gilled seasonal vegetables will be served with the meats.
