Grilled octopus salad, tossed with fresh parsley garlic, black, & green olives and served over mixed greens, Sirloin steak grilled then thinly sliced served on a bed or arugula topped with shaved parmigiano cheese. Panzanella, toasted bread, cubed and tossed with diced tomatoes, olives, & vegetables dressed in a wine vinegar, garlic,& fresh basil.
