1) Spinach tartine, fresh spinach sautéed with garlic and parmigiano cheese, served on sliced bread.
2) Bruschetta w/ olives. Sweet green olive spread made with almonds, fresh marjoram, garlic, & parmigiano cheese served on garlic toast.
3) Bruschetta served with a pesto made of sautéed fresh artichokes, garlic, parmigiano cheese, & walnuts.
4) Sautéed asparagus cut into small pieces with prosciutto and cheese served on garlic bruschetta.
A mixed green salad will follow.
