Sicilian swordfish; thin slices of swordfish rolled up with olive, capers, and parsley. Then cooked in a sauce of garlic, white wine, & fresh
tomatoes. This will be served with a fresh artichoke salad tossed in a lemon vinaigrette tossed with olives, capers, & parsley. Also a potato tart, thin slices of potatoes, parmigiano cheese, & rosemary. Cream caramel to finish.
