Power rest is the western name used for the ancient practice of Yoga Nidra. You will be guided into a deep level of relaxation; the subconscious level will be reached and your body and mind deeply healed. One hour of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to nearly four hours of sleep. We will set an intention, engage in mindful breathing and body relaxation, experience opposite sensations, guided imagery, meditation, connect to our true self and then return to awareness.
