ClassGraphic Trail walking builds muscles, boosts your brainpower, and increases the release of happiness hormones. Let's get started creating your fitness goals! Topics include staying safe on the trail, what to wear, what to bring and where to go. Enjoy four different trails to start your cardio fitness journey. This is a great introduction to a lifetime of healthy living for the total you! A Certified Personal Trainer will individually work with you to set achievable goals for your needs. First class on WCC campus. Four weeks of trails. Closing class will be a review of personal accomplishments and your future fitness path. It's fun. It's safe. It's a beginning to a new happier, healthier and fit you!
