Roasted bell peppers baked with bread crumbs, olives, pine nuts, fresh herbs and garlic. Zucchini frittata, diced and sauteed zucchini tossed with scrambled eggs, basil and parmigiana cheese. Fresh seasonal fruit marinated with honey and vermouth then topped with sweet mascarpone cream.
