ClassGraphic This dish is made with thin slices of chicken rolled with an artichoke wedge and Asiago cheese served with a wine sauce. It will be served with a home made spinach and potato dumplings topped with a parmigiano cream sauce. We will also have a seasonal salad or vegetable and a fresh fig tart topped with vanilla ice cream.
