Short Description: This multimedia-rich program is designed for people who want to be a certified wellness coach. After completing this course, you will be prepared to apply to many wellness coach jobs, in which you’ll be working with people to improve their lifestyles. You’ll apply the processes and principles of professional life coaching by helping them determine and execute their goals.
This program comprises two courses that cover all the necessary material to help you become a successful certified wellness coach. You’ll learn how to stay emotionally, mentally, and physically healthy and how to teach what you’ve learned to others as well. Thus, in this highly interactive program, you’ll learn about:

• How to manage weight and incorporate exercise
• Healthy nutrition habits
• How to evaluate a person’s diet and lifestyle in-depth
• How to create food plans based on a person’s health goals, temperament, and taste

• Fundamentals of digestive physiology, whole food nutrition, metabolism, and nutritional biochemistry
• What place healthy nutrition habits have in the food industry
This program will provide you with the right knowledge and skill you’ll need to become a successful certified wellness coach (CWC).
Instructor Description: This class supported by an Educational Mentor. Educational mentors have worked or are working in the subject they mentor. Educational Mentors review student work, student progress, and interact with students as needed. They respond to any questions or concerns you might have, as well as encouraging and motivating you to succeed.
Certification: The Certified Wellness Coach (CWC) national exam from National Career Certification Board (NCCB) prepares individuals for a career as a Wellness Coach. Attaining national certification displays that individuals have mastered the ability to be recognized as the powerful tool for change that has Certified Wellness Coaches (CWC) being sought out by clients for a variety of motives. Earning and maintaining and National Certification allows candidates to be a successful and highly recognized professional in the rapid emergent field of Wellness Coaching.
