ClassGraphic Celebrate the fresh flavors of summer in this rustic Italian salad experience. We’ll  prepare a bright shrimp and cannellini bean salad with lemon, garlic, and olive oil over baby arugula, a classic Tuscan panzanella with tomatoes, olives, red onion, and basil, and a Sicilian potato salad bursting with herbs. Finish with elegant swordfish carpaccio, delicately marinated in lemon, olive oil, and truffle oil, which is light, refreshing, and full of Mediterranean flavor.
