ClassGraphic You’ll enjoy Montanara, a fried round piece of pizza dough topped with simple tomato sauce, basil, mozzarella and Parmigiano cheese. We’ll also savor Calzoncino, a small calzone wrapped with a mix of cheeses and diced Italian ham, then fried. Also on the menu is a small calzone filled with sautéed escarole and Italian sausage meat. Lastly, you’ll taste Margherita, large pizza baked topped with tomato sauce, basil, mozzarella and Parmigiano cheeses.
