
We’ll enjoy a taste of southern Italy from the Campania region. On the menu is eggplant parmigiana lasagna, homemade lasagna sheets layered with slices of fried eggplant, mozzarella cheese, and basil leaves which are topped with a tomato sauce and parmigiana cheese, sweet Italian sausage, Ragu’cooked in tomato puree and red wine. Topping off the menu is torta Caprese a limone, a flourless Capri-style lemon tort made with Amaretti cookies, almonds and limoncello, topped with a raspberry sauce.
