Thin slices of chicken breast dipped in egg wash, coated w/bread crumbs, then sautéed, served topped w/a lemon and basil sauce
Risotto cooked in tomato sauce then placed in a baking dish with layers of sliced fried eggplant, & smoked cheese then baked topped with breadcrumbs. Sautéed fresh artichoke wedges w/ olives, & capers.
A chocolate mousse will follow topped with amaretti cookies.
