Pesto Trapanese, is a Sicilian pesto made with toasted almonds, diced tomato, basil, & pecorino cheese. This is a great topping for seafood. Pesto Genovese, is a traditional basil pesto made with pine nuts, garlic, & olive oil. This is a great sauce for spaghetti or egg pasta.
Pesto al limone, a lemon pesto made with toasted pine nuts, lemon peels, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil & Parmigiano cheese. This is a great sauce for either fish or meat.
Will be serving these pesto sauces with a meat dish, fish dish, and pasta dish. Fresh fruit will be served.
