ClassGraphic Traditional Neapolitan lasagna. This is made w/a ragu of pork and beef meats simmered in a tomato puree. Then using fresh pasta sheets we will layer the sheets with ricotta & Parmigiano cheese and the sauce we made then place them in the oven and bake. This will be served with
broccoli rabe made with garlic & chilies. This is followed by Torta caprese. This is a flourless white chocolate tort made with lemon and ground almonds. The top will be a raspberry sauce.
